Victoria Watkins

Victoria R. Watkins is a Chicago attorney specializing in business, legislative, and creative industry law. As Founder and Managing Partner of Inrichmint, she leverages her expertise in law, business, and civic engagement to source curated deals for high-net-worth individuals and families. Previously, she was Chief of Staff to the Co-CEO at Ariel Investments, overseeing operations, civic engagement, and social justice initiatives. Victoria also served as Senior Advisor and Deputy Director of Legislative Counsel in Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s administration.

An author of the children’s book Little Valarie and Her Big World of Options and owner of the tea line Joy & Magic, Victoria is active in non-profit work, serving on boards like Youth Guidance and WINGS Program. She also advises small businesses on trademark, copyright, and business strategy. Victoria earned her law degree from DePaul University and holds a bachelor’s from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
