RUNWAY Roots – Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

6. Donations & Fundraising

12. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

You and RUNWAY Roots agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in Alameda County, California, unless otherwise agreed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and RUNWAY Roots waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. Disputes must be resolved individually.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or breach of confidentiality.
