RUNWAY Roots is proud to share that The Rooted Fund has been named to the 2026 Transformative 25 (T25) — marking the second consecutive year our fund has earned a place on this list.

What the T25 Recognizes

The Transformative 25, led by Possibility Labs, lifts up funds that are reshaping the economy toward social, environmental, and economic justice. Honorees are recognized for deploying deep impact strategies — long-term capital, culturally-informed technical assistance, capacity building, blended capital, alternative impact indicators, recoverable grants, and creative financial terms — in service of systemic change.

These are funds building non-extractive financial systems and directing capital to communities that have long been excluded and underserved by traditional finance. It's exactly the work The Rooted Fund was built to do.

Why This Recognition Matters, Again

Making the T25 once could be a milestone. Making it twice is a signal: this isn't a moment, it's a track record.
