Laurika Harris-Kaye

Laurika Harris-Kaye (she/her) is a changemaker, systems enthusiast, and seeker. She is dedicated to the work of individual and collective liberation, and deeply believes in Runway’s guiding principle – that business and capital are tools that can be used to heal, repair and connect. Her earliest experiences with entrepreneurship came from watching her parents run two businesses, participate in community organizing, and conduct housing coop meetings – all out of their tiny Brooklyn apartment.

Laurika has spent her career supporting entrepreneurs and businesses in realizing their vision and creating the change they want to see in the world. She has served as Portfolio Manager and Director of Operations at the impact investing firm Candide Group, as a small business consultant in LA, and in numerous film production roles for both narrative and documentary projects.
